After 25 years innovation and effort, we build-up five wholly-owned subsidiaries (XIGAO transformer manufacturing co., Ltd, XIGAO power Equipment Co., Ltd, XIGAO power transformer manufacturing co., Ltd, XIGAO CB manufacturing co., Ltd, XIGAO Fuse accessories technology co., Ltd).meanwhile, we also gained government recognition and praise in Chinese market.

3.  Quick Delivery At The First Time

 

Normally our products are custimized accord to every clients' request. But we still have some stocks for some popular goods and some important accessories, so if you need surge arrester, HRC fuse, Drop out fus, oil immersed power transformer, dry type power transformer, VS1 vacuum circuit breaker for stocks, others will be custimized accordingly within 3-7 days, if it is a big order and big quanitity,  we will trade you as the priority customer and to produce your cargo in the first time.

 

4. Twenty-four Hours After-Sales Service

 

Free repair service during the quality warranty period and reasonable charge for spare parts and maintaining service expending the quality warranty period. We will never exempt our responsibilities on product owned defects.

 

Responding time is with 48 hours upon the user’s notification.

 

5. Technical Training For Free

 

Technology training is available for free to customers by our technical personnel to ensure they are skilled in regular operations for our products and they are able to estimate and solve small problems.

 

Our after-sales team will track the usage situation during the warranty period to follow up the working condition of the products, and to discover and solve problems, if necessary.

 

 

6. Site instruction service of installation is available as need.
