1. Oil Type Power Transformer Features
1. The transformer core is made of imported high quality cold rolled silicon steel, which greatly reduces the no-load loss and no-load current, and the core is bound to ensure the tightness of the core and reduce the noise.
2. The high and low voltage winding is made of anaerobic copper, the low-voltage winding 500KVa and the following are twin-barrel cylindrical structures, 630KVa and above are foil coils, and the high voltage windings are made of cylindrical structures.
3. The transformer connection group adopts Dyn11 to reduce the influence of harmonics on the power grid and improve the quality of power supply.

3. Excellent Materials
1) Oxygen-free copper wire with lower resistivity is selected, and after a series of additional surface treatments, it is smoother and free of burrs and sharp corners, making the load loss of the transformer lower and the electrical performance more reliable.
2) Select high-quality silicon steel sheets. With the improvement of performance level, use silicon steel sheets with lower unit loss to make the transformer no-load loss lower.
3) Select high-quality laminated wood insulation parts, never crack, even under the action of short-circuit current, the wire will not move.
4) Transformer oil after deep filtration is selected. The lower water, gas and impurity levels make the transformer work more reliable.
